 By agreeing to this policy you understand that processing days can range from 5-20 business days as ALL products are made with fresh ingredients made to order *PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE WORKING FASTLY AND YOUR ORDERS MAY SHIP OUT MUCH SOONER THAN THIS BUT WE DO ASK YOU TO ALLOW US THIS GRACE PERIOD TO DO SO**.

BY PURCHASING, YOU UNDERSTAND SHIPPING AND PROCESSING DAYS ARE DIFFERENT AND THAT DEPENDING ON THE METHOD YOU CHOOSE AT CHECKOUT WILL DETERMINE YOUR TRANSIT TIME NOT THE PROCESSING TIME. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BUSINESS DAYS AREN'T WEEKENDS YOU AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS.

By agreeing to this policy You understand that in any situation an order is lost, stolen and or returned that you will be refunded in store credit only due to our products being made to order. In the event of delays shipping and transit can go up to 25 business days at the latest. 

Refund policy

You agree Packages that are sent back to us will receive a refund of store credit. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you understand that all refunds are to be issued in store credit. During the COVID-19 pandemic we do not accept returns or last minute cancellations. You do understand there is a 30 day grace period to reach out about any inconvenience and anything past 30 days issues cannot be handled to prevent false accusations.
